The Decisive Points (1728)
A unilateral imperial act imposed on Hetman Danylo Apostol in place of the traditional bilateral treaty. The document turned the autonomy into a governed province, severely restricting the hetman's power, prohibiting foreign policy, and placing finances under the control of the metropole[1].
